A very beautiful and exceptionally and unusually detailed example .The lady modelled in a seated position, wearing brightly-coloured robes finely decorated with prunus flowerheads, swirling clouds and scrolling motifs on green, blue, orange, pink and red enamel grounds, her painted bone face with a serene expression, her black hair surmounted by a large fastener in the form of a phoenix, the figure affixed to a wood base.
