The cylindrical brush pot carved to depict the Seven Sages of the Bamboo Grove, the slender bamboo delicately-worked in high relief, the reverse with a group of scholars gathered around a game of weiqi in a clearing, with intricate details such as foliage and rockery adorning the scenery.
Condition:
Some surface wear, as is typical of this type and age, with some natural splits to the wood.
