Returns Policy
Satisfaction with the item purchased is our priority. If you are not satisfied on receipt we will accept returns and monies paid will be reimbursed subject to a % handling charge which reduces relative to the amount of purchase price. Please contact us with an enquiries regarding the policy.
Item Selection
Please “checkout” using the website so your details are available. Payment will not be taken at checkout – we will be in touch with accurate shipping options or collection arrangements depending on your items.
Payment Methods
We accept all major international credit cards and payment methods – bank transfers on request:
Collection In Person
- An invoice for a 10% deposit will be sent in order to remove the item from sale.
- Arrange collection date and time in London W6.
- Pay balance prior to collection date.
Shipping
- An invoice for a 10% deposit will be sent in order to remove the item from sale.
- An accurate shipping quote will be obtained.
- An invoice for the remainder including shipping will be sent.
- Once payment is received your item will be shipped.
- If you will not be collecting in person we are happy for you to return the item subject to a 10% handling fee for items over £1000 and 20% for items less than £1000 assuming the item is in its original condition.
